Terms of use

Usaply is invite-only. You need an invite from your organization. A Google account that has not been invited cannot use the product.

Paid plans are billed as a subscription for the term on your plan. The Org Admin manages the payment method and invoices.

All prices are final and include applicable taxes. Zaige is not VAT-registered; if its tax registration changes, prices stay the same unless we give 30 days' written notice.

Practice characters are fictional. Do not use Usaply for sexual content, violent abuse of practice characters, or anything unlawful.

Coach Scores are practice aids. They are not a promise about a sale, and Zaige does not use them as employment decisions.

Practice can help you prepare. We do not guarantee any sales result, income, or client decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
