Usaply is voice practice for sales conversations. It is operated by ZAIGE DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES (registered name BUNGABONG, JUN REX DURAN), Bunao, 6200 Dumaguete City (Capital), Negros Oriental, Philippines.

Questions about your personal data go to ops@usaply.zaigetech.com, our data protection contact.

We collect:

• Your Google account name and email, when you sign in.
• Organization and team information, such as names, roles, and invites.
• Call audio, processed live so the practice conversation can run.
• Transcripts of practice calls.
• Coaching scores and short summaries.
• Billing details your Org Admin saves, including an optional address and TIN on invoices.

We use this information to sign you in, run invite-only team practice, produce the live conversation, show coaching after a call, and bill the subscription.

Coach Scores are coaching aids for practice. Zaige does not use them to make employment decisions.

We use these processors:

• OpenAI for voice and AI.
• PayMongo for payments.
• Vercel and Supabase for hosting and the database.
• Microsoft for email.

Full transcripts are kept for 12 months. After that, the transcript text is deleted. Scores and summaries stay.

Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email ops@usaply.zaigetech.com. We may need to keep billing records where tax law requires it.
